Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the LedgerPush desktop application and related services, provided by A.L. Mohammed Rameez Raja, Erode, Tamil Nadu, India (“LedgerPush”, “we”). By installing or using LedgerPush you agree to them.
1. Your license
With an active subscription, you may install and use LedgerPush for your own business. You may not resell, rent, copy for others, or reverse-engineer the software, or try to get around its license checks.
2. Subscription
LedgerPush works while your license is active. If your subscription ends or is not renewed, the app will stop working after a short grace period. Your data stays on your computer and in your TallyPrime.
3. You stay in control of your accounts
LedgerPush reads bills, statements, alerts and spreadsheets automatically, and automatic reading can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing entries before posting them to Tally and for the accuracy of your books and tax filings. LedgerPush does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
4. Third-party services
LedgerPush works with TallyPrime, Google services and your email provider. Your use of those is also subject to their own terms. Tally and TallyPrime are trademarks of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.; LedgerPush is not affiliated with Tally Solutions.
5. Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep LedgerPush reliable and may release updates that add, change or remove features. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
7. Warranty and liability
LedgerPush is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for errors in entries you post. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
